Payment and delivery
1) You can benefit from online single payment or online installments for any credit card using your credit cards on our website. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. In the event that the order is canceled due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within 3 working days.
2) Return the application fee

However, you need to report your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company’s financial officers.
We try to deliver the items you ordered to the shipment on the same day. For products that take time to purchase, the delivery time of goods is 3 working days as specified in the product details. You will be notified in the event of a possible delay in delivery.

Your orders will be processed to be prepared according to the type of delivery you selected at the end. The courier company will send the products from our Istanbul-based company. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the shipping company at the end of two (2) business days at the latest.
